On a special solo episode of Baker Dave Presents…, Baker Dave puts a spin on his famous stollen recipe. Stollen is a German Christmas bread, and along with the other traditions that Baker Dave has started at Temple, such as the Temple ‘T’ cookies and TU Big Cake, he makes stollen every holiday season. His stollen recipe is difficult and takes months to assemble all of the ingredients. As it would be too difficult to demonstrate for the show, Baker Dave makes stollen cookies, for a taste of stollen without the wait.
