Temple alumna Stacy Simon brings her recipe for Chewy and Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies to the set of Baker Dave Presents. A Delco native, Stacy grew up just outside of Philadelphia and earned a Masters Degree in Sports Psychology at Temple. While they prepare this treat, they discuss the differences and similarities between baking cookies and baking other pastries like muffins, custard, and cheesecake. Baker Dave also shares with Stacy how he first fell in love with baking and what influenced his decision to move away from his hometown of Toledo, Ohio to live in Philadelphia.
