Slow Roasted Pulled Pork


On his final show, Baker Dave is joined by Robert Velez, the IT Director at Klein College, who brings a recipe for a dish he thinks anyone can easily master: slow roasted pulled pork. While preparing the dish, Robert gives viewers in-depth tips and detailed step-by-step instructions for the entire process of preparing the dish. Robert also shares stories illustrating how the University has changed since he first started at Temple almost 20 years ago and what he loves about his job.
