Smoked Gouda Fettuccine


A dish delicious enough to sweep a girl off her feet: that’s exactly why Fox School of Business Undergraduate Director David Kaiser cooked it to win his wife’s heart while they were still dating. Along with Baker Dave, Kaiser throws his spin on fettuccine by adding smoked gouda coupled with fresh asparagus and chicken. The two chefs work with an induction burner–a portable plug in stove burner–to create the dish.
