Chicken and Olives


Baker Dave Presents… introduces guest Adriane Reilly, the Program Coordinator for Student Activities at Temple University, who shares an old recipe that has been passed down to her from her grandmother. Referred to simply as “chicken with olives” by her family, it is a simple and comforting Italian dish incorporating dark meat chicken with green olives. Her grandmother’s Sicilian heritage is perfectly on display in this dish, which also uses garlic and pecorino romano.
