This Baker Dave Presents features Lisa Lombo, the head chef at Morgan Hall, who demonstrates how to cook cheeseburger empanadas. Lisa’s children are half Italian and half Puerto Rican, and the recipe resulted from an attempt to Americanize her family’s traditional Puerto Rican home cooking.
