A Temple original cooking show featuring Baker Dave, the pastry chef for Aramark at Johnson and Hardwick dining hall and the Student Center food court. He’s been running the bakery at the cafeteria for ten years, so he has plenty of tips and interesting recipes to share.
Challah
TSG President Gadi Zimmerman makes challah with Baker Dave on this episode of Baker Dave Presents… Gadi first started making challah when he got involved with Temple’s chapter of Challah for Hunger during his freshmen year. The student organization bakes and sells challah in an effort to raise money and awareness for hunger relief, and all proceeds go to Mazon and Temple University’s Student Emergency Aid Fund to help create and sustain a food pantry on campus.
