Gary Kiebach III, a Temple alum, joins Baker Dave on the set of his show to make French toast. Gary graduated from Klein College with an Advertising degree and now works at Aramark for Temple as a Marketing Coordinator. He speaks French and is 1/16th French and in this spirit shares his recipe for the French breakfast classic. Gary and Baker Dave discuss the origin of French toast as a way to use up stale brioche bread, Gary’s plans to buy a house in Fishtown, and how he spent some time living in France, while Baker Dave contributes to the recipe by making fresh fruit compote and hand whipped whipped cream.
