Baker Dave welcomes Kasey Marsicano to Temple by making some strawberry shortcake together. Kasey is the new Marketing Director for Temple Culinary Services. While they macerate the strawberries, bake some sweet biscuits, and whip up some whipped cream, Kasey talks about growing up in northeast Pennsylvania, where she played softball throughout childhood and would pick strawberries in the summertime.
