Chicken and Asparagus Antipasto

Local legend Tony Luke Jr, owner of the Tony Luke’s cheesesteak franchise, brings a personal recipe with a lot of family history behind it to Baker Dave’s kitchen. Luke tells Baker Dave of his grandma’s unique antipasto recipe, which includes a lot of pickled Italian ingredients lacking in a more traditional antipasto preparation.

Together the two build an antipasto that traces it’s roots back to Luke’s grandmother’s home in Italy.
