Professor Dr. Adrienne Shaw delivers a lecture regarding her book Gaming at the Edge: Sexuality and Gender at the Margins of Gamer Culture. The lecture delves into how the book represents an intersection of three major fields in media studies: the politics of representation of marginalized groups; ethnographic and qualitative media audience research; and cultural studies approaches to video games.
