During a recent installment of the Office of Research and Graduate Studies’ Spring 2021 Graduate Speaker Series, Dr. Pat Brereton spoke about his research in environmental communication and new media. Dr. Brereton recently published Environmental Literacy and New Digital Audiences (Routledge, 2019) and is also the author of Hollywood Utopia: Ecology in Contemporary American Cinema (2005); Continuum Guide to Media Education (2001), Smart Cinema, DVD Add-ons and New Media Audiences (2012) and Environmental Ethics and Film (2016).
