Paul Gluck, TUTV General Manager, is joined by two outstanding multimedia professionals, Temple University alumni John Foy and Neil Degroot. The two have worked together for years on reality television programs such as The Biggest Loser. The two detail what their careers looked like prior to meeting one another, from talk shows to theater, before discussing their move into the largely unfamiliar territory of reality television. The conversation centers on the role of organization on shows and the balance between creativity and structure.
