Library Lecture: Resource Inequity


The Libraries and the Faculty Senate Committee on the Status of Faculty of Color hosts a Chat in Stacks at Paley Library with moderator Kimmika Williams-Witherspoon. Guest panelists featured are Temple African-American Studies professor Dr. Monteiro, Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams, Editor of the Philadelphia Daily News Michael Days, and Ph.D. candidate Jeffrey Carroll. The panel discussion revolves around the Trayvon Martin shooting and how Martin’s case reflects many inequalities based around race in America.
