Communication Studies Lecture: George Strimel and Mike Strug
The Communication Studies Club presents two speakers in their 2011-2012 lecture series: George Strimel and Mike Strug. George Strimel is general manager of Radnor Studio 21, providing professional direction and training for the community cable operation. Mike Strug has been in Philadelphia television for more than 40 years. After graduating from Temple University with a bachelors in journalism in 1964, he moved to television in 1966 when he became one of the “kid” reporters on Channel 6. Strimel and Strug discuss the past, present, and future of broadcasting with CSC students.
