Temple Update: 2014 Mid-term Election Coverage
Rebeccah Hendrickson and Stetson Miller anchor for a special mid-term election coverage. To get an expert opinion on the race between Tom Corbett and Tom Wolf, the anchor desk invites Political Science Professor Michael Hagan. Phil Dupont covers senate elections in the tri-state area. Marissa Giletto reports from the United Republican Club to see what the members have to say about the election. TSG Director of Government Affairs Matt Hayden joins the program to expound upon the record breaking spending of both parties to elect a new governor. Sarah Ronin interviews students across campus to see what issues are most important to them. A second expert opinion, Political Science Professor Dr. Robin Kolodny, joins the hosts and analyzes the political races within the various districts of Philadelphia. A broadcast of Governor Tom Wolf delivering an acceptance speech concludes the program.
