Temple University implemented the Good Neighbor Initiative in 2011 to encourage Temple University students to engage in proactive and intentional efforts to build connections and relationships with their residential community. A panel discussion is formed to review the effects of the policy on the Temple community and how the policy can be critiqued to better serve the community.
