Working at the Temple Center for Urban Bioethics, Dr. Pitts has been involved in community-based research in the Temple community since the University first began offering the vaccine. Through his research, Dr. Pitts works to address and fight vaccine hesitancy, as well as the healthcare disparities that have existed long before the pandemic.
