Jim McKairnes is Senior Vice President of strategic planning and development at CBS Television Studios. McKairnes joined CBS Television Studios in July 2008. McKairnes came into the position after serving as Executive Vice President for Discovery Communications, where he oversaw the 11 networks grouped under the Discovery umbrella. McKairnes is a Temple graduate of 1982 receiving a degree in RTF.
