Bernie Prazenica, a Temple alum of RTF ’79, has been president and general manager of WPVI-TV, the ABC-owned affiliate in Philadelphia, since November 2007. In his position, Prazenica has overall management responsibility for WPVI-TV/Channel 6 and all of its ancillary businesses, including three additional digital TV channels and 6abc.com. He currently serves on the boards of the Philadelphia Ad Club, Pennsylvania Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Police Athletic League, the School of Media and Communication Board of Visitors and many more organizations.
