Sharing Secrets of Salsa

The documentary Sharing Secrets of Salsa features the stories of a select group of women in the Anderson Valley, located in Northern California. The women collectively authored a bilingual cookbook composed of authentic recipes brought from “the old country,” passed along for generations, never written down before their collection for this book. Filmmakers Heidi Knott and Lee Serrie volunteered to document the growth of the unique and ongoing project.
