Rising Tide is a feature length documentary produced, directed and edited by Andrew Hevia revolving around six Miami artists during the weeks leading up to the Art Basel Miami Beach fair, the largest contemporary art fair in the world. Using a combination of styles, the film explores the impact the art fair culture has had on Miami’s growing art scene and what it means to be an art city.
