Philadelphia Prime Movers Media 6th Annual Year End Awards Celebration, which took place on May 16, 2012 at the National Constitution Center, honors school newspapers and broadcast radio shows produced by high school students in urban areas. Prime Movers Media is the nation’s first intensive journalism mentorship program targeting urban schools.
