Adam Liptak, a Supreme Court correspondent for the New York Times, hosts this one-on-one interview with Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer at the National Constitution Center. Breyer has served on the Supreme Court for the past 16 years and has perviously held a position as a professor at Harvard University.
