Host Dwight Carey, an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Temple, interviews guests Sherwood Polter, engineer and adjunct professor at Temple, and William Mailey, an engineering student at Temple. Polter advises a senior design program of students working on a dynamic flight simulator at Temple’s Ambler campus. He hopes to use this program to allow younger middle and high school students to explore the STEM field.
