The team then highlights modern dance’s transformation from Ballet with performances by Michaela Delaney Guthrie and Ali Mears. They also examine hip-hop’s cultural influence, featuring a performance and discussion by Mia LePage, who later teaches Rachel and Mel a hip-hop routine.
