- TUTV studios are located on Temple’s Main Campus in Annenberg Hall Room 107 in The Kal and Lucille Rudman Media Production Center.
- TUTV operates under an agreement with the City of Philadelphia, which provides TUTV with the bandwidth to enter into a franchise arrangement for cable distribution.
- Under that agreement, TUTV is required to meet the same technical, editorial, and community standards commensurate with any broadcast station.
