Host Seth Carney returns in this all-new episode of Feel Good Cooking. Seth mixes things up and alongside co-cook Henry, creates a Mesopotamian Lamb Stew. From the prep to the finished product, both cooks whip up this tasty dish in two different kitchens before coming together for the final taste test.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Medium Yellow/Spanish Onion
  • 2 Diced Shallots
  • 1LB. Diced Beets
  • 1LB. Lamb Stew Meat
  • 1tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Honey or Molasses
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Sour Beer
  • 3/4-1 Cup arugula
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 3 Diced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Leek
