La Charla is back in the studio with a new format. From now on, La Charla will be presented predominantly in English and “Spanglish” so our English-speaking audience can enjoy the show. In this episode, Host Luisa Suarez welcomes Tommy Hernandez, Yazmin Pabon, and Daniela Taboada-Palau. Together they discuss the good and bad of Latinx representation in movies, Reggaeton representation and how it’s evolving, what it’s like being a first-generation college student, and more. The show ends with a hilarious trivia game where the winner takes home a Golden Pineapple.
