“One by One” returns with more dispatches from the shutdown

Watch a new installment of TUTV’s new student-produced program, One by One: Life During COVID-19. In this series of shorts, Temple students create vlogs to document their time as they self-isolate for the remainder of the semester.

This week, students took the opportunity to use Zoom to interview someone close to them about their personal experiences so far during the coronavirus pandemic. The interviewees range from teens to middle aged, and share their varied reactions to the shutdown and how it has affected their lives in individual ways.  Some of those featured are students who are adjusting to learning online, while others are educators who are discovering the best ways of educating remotely. Some have lost their jobs or are living with parents who have lost their jobs; one interviewee shares her experience of living with someone who has tested positive for the virus; a Communication Professor gives his advice on how to cope with the pandemic; and yet others discuss how they are keeping busy learning new skills or indulging in hobbies.
