Homemade stromboli with Baker Dave

Rush Sherman, Sodexo’s Regional Vice President, drops by J&H cafeteria to cook up one of his family’s favorite dinner dishes and a Philadelphia classic: stromboli.  Sherman points out that strombolis are convenient because you can use virtually anything in your fridge for a stromboli filling. This particular recipe features buffalo chicken, mozzarella and veggies.

Sherman also describes his recipe for pizza dough, and later Baker Dave relays the history of the stromboli.
