We Make The Call: May 2, 2015

Andrew McDevitt, Matt Wallace and Nick Gomberg prepare to say goodbye on their final episode of the show by reminiscing about when the show was just getting started. McDevitt laments the Eagles not picking up Marcus Mariota in the draft, and the conversation centers around the Eagles, potential trades and what they were able to get. Chip Kelly’s plan for the Eagles is brought into question, and the group wonders if he can pull off what he’s trying to do. Moving on from football, the discussion moves to the imminent match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, and Tara Miller and Becca Hendrickson talk similarities and differences between Mayweather and Muhammad Ali. The desk then talks hockey and everyone’s predictions for the Stanley Cup. The programs wraps up with thoughts on the NBA finals and some strong opinions regarding the Spurs.
