Julian Fowler, a strategic communication major and class of ’13 Temple graduate, delivers a speech to the spring 2013 graduating class of the School of Media and Communication. Fowler, of Glen Burnie, Md., is a resident assistant, a campus safety quality control representative, a Diamond Leader, a program associate with the Temple Law Education and Participation project and, beyond all of that, a self-described “certified foodie.”
