As a part of the 2020 Diversity Symposium, Keynote Speaker Dr. Yaba Blay presents her thoughts on the way racial justice and issues of diversity have loomed large in the year 2020. Dr. Blay is a scholar-activist, a public speaker, a cultural consultant, and a Temple alum. Her work is centered around the lived experience of black women, identity, body politics, and beauty politics. Her clients range from global companies to global campaigns such as #MeToo.
