In this episode of The Vibe, Correspondent Lauren Jackson welcomes special guest Professor Timothy Welbeck to discuss “cancel culture” and how we as consumers hold artists accountable for actions we disagree with. Later, hosts Alyssa Threadgill and Ahn’yae Hedgepath discuss the 2022 Acadamy Awards and the “slap heard around the world” while Bruce Claxton and Lauren discuss the 2022 Grammy Awards. Finally, Timothy Welbeck closes the stage and performs his original song, “May You Ever.”
