Jennifer Lee sits down with Temple President Ann Weaver Hart to discuss what steps the university is taking to reduce their operating budget while also maintaining student success services. Dan Koob reports on the citizens reaction following news garnered from social media about the death of Osama Bin Laden. Megan McNerney and Kristina Leon lead a double header report on updates surrounding TUJ relief and students that have come back from Japan following the natural disaster. Isabel Garcia goes to underground in the student center to see a dance performance that aims to promote healthy body image. Josh Filomeno goes to the senior BBQ held for graduating seniors right before the graduation ceremony. Josh Rultenberg speaks with a former Temple Football player Jaiquawn Jarrett who was recentl drafted to play for the NFL. Alyssa Paugh speaks with a group of bicyclists that take a trip out to the Philly Pretzel Factory every Tuesday night. Aigner Cleveland covers the annual Broad Street run, a run that has been growing larger every year. Cherri Gregg goes to the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts which takes place on Broad St. between Walnut and Lombard St. Jillian Marshall speaks to a handful of students on campus of their plans for the summer. And John Mehler interviews a Temple student Ryan Shubert on his endeavors on promoting his music career on campus and off.
