Temple Update is an award-winning news program entirely written, produced, directed, and anchored by students at Temple University. This weekly half-hour show covers a wide range of stories and events, both on and off campus, with a particular focus on the greater Temple community. The program strives to keep its audience informed on the latest developments within the university, surrounding neighborhoods, and beyond.

Stephanie Fanelli reports live from the Liacouras Center before the 2014 Spring graduation ceremony, detailing out the schedule for the coming day. Cody Butler gets a sneak peek of the proposed plans for the new library and Bell Tower Plaza. Jackie Corbett follows the runners of the Broad Street Run from Temple to South Philly. Isabel Garcia delivers a year in review of Temple Update news.
Rebeccah Hendrickson reports on the investigation by the U.S. Department of Education for possible mishandling of sexual assault and harassment cases at Temple and four other local colleges. Phil Dupont visits Ambler’s campus to report on a grant of a million dollars that was awarded to Temple of use in sustainability efforts. Tommy Sladek and Hendrickson give an all-around evaluation of the seven Temple sports cut, discussing how the sports fared in their last season and what athletes and coaches plan to do as the season comes to a close.
Sarah Cannon ends the program by giving incoming owls a word of wisdom. A senior reel of Temple Update‘s graduating seniors is showcased to commemorate their time on the show.
