Temple Update is an award-winning news program entirely written, produced, directed, and anchored by students at Temple University. This weekly half-hour show covers a wide range of stories and events, both on and off campus, with a particular focus on the greater Temple community. The program strives to keep its audience informed on the latest developments within the university, surrounding neighborhoods, and beyond.

Simone Cuccurullo reports live outside the Liacouras Center for the Temple Men’s Basketball AAC Tournament send off. Phil Dupont attends the police vigil for fallen officer Robert Wilson. Joe McHugh has the scoop on the green waste bins around campus labeled ‘compost’ and the initiative behind them. Carly Mascitti reports from London on how certain students were able to make it over the pond using scholarships.
Chris Williams covers the Broad Street Music Group, which was founded by Temple grads and have put on a total of 140 shows in a two-year span. Rocco DiSangro takes a look at Temple Track star Blanca Fernandez who is steps away from being crowned the national champion in the women’s mile. Michael Vizzoni goes to Temple’s Center City campus to check out the newly opened cafe.
