Temple Update is an award-winning news program entirely written, produced, directed, and anchored by students at Temple University. This weekly half-hour show covers a wide range of stories and events, both on and off campus, with a particular focus on the greater Temple community. The program strives to keep its audience informed on the latest developments within the university, surrounding neighborhoods, and beyond.

JD Mousley kicks off the broadcast with the scoop on the Board of Trustee’s decision to start the design process for the new, on-campus stadium. Beccah Hendrickson discusses the second death of a Temple employee in ten days, and Phil Dupont talks about Temple PD’s ongoing investigation into the racial slur and swastika written in the snow on a car. Alexis Johnson is brought in live from the construction site of the new library with more on its progress. Danielle Sabulsky reports on the University’s new web series intended to help students to be more financially savvy in college. Later, Kylie Winkler takes a look at the top stories on Temple Update’s website. London Correspondent Kate Reilly shows how students studying abroad in England still managed to enjoy the Super Bowl. Rocco DiSangro is brought in from the Sports Desk with more on Men’s and Women’s Basketball, and Bri Hofsass talks to Coach Fran Dunphy about his Big 5 legacy. Erin Patterson gives the five-day forecast.
