Temple Update is an award-winning news program entirely written, produced, directed, and anchored by students at Temple University. This weekly half-hour show covers a wide range of stories and events, both on and off campus, with a particular focus on the greater Temple community. The program strives to keep its audience informed on the latest developments within the university, surrounding neighborhoods, and beyond.

Megan McNerney attends Mayor Nutter’s reelection party celebrating his victory for a second term in office. Isabel Garcia surveys the campus on how Temple students feel about voting and if they regularly vote. John Mehler reports on how Temple students have actively taken a role to becoming more politically involved. Foluke Denis visits Temple Ambler’s campus to see the 100th anniversary celebration and dedication. Laura Memminger interviews the team manager of the Temple Men’s Basketball team on what his role is in supporting the team. Skyeta Harris covers a fan filled event at Pearson-McGonigle with Temple’s Basketball teams.
