Temple Update: August 28, 2015
With students moving back onto campus, the new semester is finally underway and an awful lot is happening. Phil DuPont reports on new measures taken to combat sexual violence and takes a minute to sit down with down with Dr. Kimberly Chestnut, the director of the Wellness Resource Center.
Daniel Ray reports live from what is left of Barton Hall and hears students thoughts on what they think of all of the construction. Continuing with the theme, Update moves on to reporting on the renovations scheduled for the Temple Crew and Rowing boathouse. Exciting news for SMC, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer will be appearing on campus to accept a Lew Klein Award this fall.
The show goes on to address the tragic shooting of Alison Parker and Adam Ward before ending with the weather and sports reports.
