Temple Update is an award-winning news program entirely written, produced, directed, and anchored by students at Temple University. This weekly half-hour show covers a wide range of stories and events, both on and off campus, with a particular focus on the greater Temple community. The program strives to keep its audience informed on the latest developments within the university, surrounding neighborhoods, and beyond.

Danielle Grossman covers a large protest outside the Liacouras Center on the proposed budget cuts to education in the state of Pennsylvania. Cherri Greg goes into different Philadelphia neighborhoods to see how community members are participating in the annual city spring cleanup. Kristina Leon goes to Rittenhouse Square to see the annual pillow fighting event. Lindsey Bitler interviews a Temple Sophomore that does not own a cell phone. Rudy Mezzy attends the sports banquet of two departing senior Temple Men’s Basketball players. And Darius Scott speaks to Tyler School of Art students showing their art at an in house art show.
