It’s been a successful decade as one could hope for the Temple women’s basketball program. The Owls have made the post-season nine consecutive years, including last season’s deep third round run in the NIT. But this year presents new challenges to head coach Tonya Cardoza, who lost her three best players to graduation and now has a roster full of six freshmen and three sophomores. And for the Owls to reach the postseason for the tenth straight year, they’ll need “on-the-job” learning, and a great stretch against conference opponents.
