Cross Country
Tommy Sladek and Simone Daniels are joined by Cross Country Assistant Coach James Snyder. Snyder gives the hosts a timeline of his path to Temple’s Cross Country program, beginning at his home of Downingtown then traveling to Virginia and Florida before coming back home. The Assistant Coach speaks about how his travels have aided him in developing his coaching style and technique when addressing his players.
Snyder also delves into his published research and if he plans to continue his research. Later in the program, Alex Izewski and Matt Kacyon join the two hosts to talk about their summer training that helped prep them for this fall season. Izeswki speaks about his transfer from Florida, and Kacyon speaks about his decision to stay local.
