TUTV’s first LGBTQAI+ series, Queer Temple, co-created by Temple students Christopher Smith and Andreas Copes and hosted by Andreas. The program examines the world through the eyes of LBGTQAI+ individuals, reporting on current events, history, and life in the queer community.
Pride Month
Andreas Copes, host of Queer Temple, welcomes several guests including freshman journalism major, Laila Page, junior communications major, Sean Driscoll, and Professor from the College of Liberal Arts, Brad Windhauser. Topics discussed include LGBTQIA+ representation in academic courses, Temple’s LGBT studies minor, and intersectionality. Copes conducts one-on-one interviews with each person and closes out the episode with an open discussion amongst all three guests.
