Carly Mascitti and Emily Milliron kick off the program with intense anticipation for the upcoming Temple football game against Penn State and a clip from Coach Matt Rhule’s press conference. Tommy Sladek steps in to point out the players to keep an eye on during the game, especially the matchup between quarterbacks PJ Walker and Christian Hackenberg. Besides football, the Women’s Field Hockey team kicked off their season against Maryland, and Emily Milliron reviews the game. Mascitti talks volleyball, then the program discusses the so-far-undefeated Women’s Soccer team sitting at 4-0. Owlsports Update was able to get an interview with head coach Seamus O’Connor. Carly Mascitti gets the inside scoop at the American Athletic Conference football media event hosted by Temple’s own, Kevin Negandhi. Mascitti catches up with Negandhi and gauges his thoughts on the current state of the conference.
