Inside the Nest: October 15, 2019

It’s Homecoming Week and Inside the Nest is back with all of the exciting news. For the first time in program history, the Owls take down two ranked opponents in the same year: a few weeks ago Maryland, and now Memphis. Anthony Russo has the first turnover-free game in 2019, and the Owls’ Special Team Unit wins most of the field possession battles. Ray Dunne and Dom Gillaspy discuss Rod Carey’s weekly conference in which Carey addresses some of the key decisions he made during the game. Brooklyn Vaughan and Dan Wilson preview the Owls’ next nationally-ranked opponent, the SMU Mustangs, and give predictions for the Saturday game in Dallas. Before signing off, the anchors go No Huddle and take a look at the top performers around the conference.
