Lisa Bien brings Christa Hayburn to the set of Bouncing Back to discuss sexual violence, how it effects survivors, and advocating for other victims of sexual violence.
Christa first shares her own story of bouncing back after being sexually assaulted and her journey overcoming the after effects. Now, she is a Certified Holistic Health and Transformational Coach, a volunteer at Women Organized Against Rape (WOAR), and a speaker for the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network (RAINN). She started “Empower Her Voice” to support women healing themselves and to create a network of women who inspire one another.
