Step Into the Spotlight: TUTV’s First-Ever Open House
Calling all freshmen, transfers, and anyone ready to jump into Temple’s media scene!! The first-ever TUTV Welcome-Week Open House is the place to be! On August 27, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM in Annenberg Studio #1, the studio will light up with rapid-fire pitches from TUTV Student Producers, each giving a quick peek into their shows, the roles they’re looking to fill, and exactly how to snag a spot. From producing and directing to hosting, editing, writing, or working behind the scenes, there will be countless ways to get your hands on real projects and start making TV magic from day one.
After the pitches, the studio will turn into a networking hub where students can connect with producers, executive producers, and the TUTV executive board. It’s the perfect time to swap contact info, score invites to upcoming planning meetings, and find the project that feels like the right fit.
TUTV runs on creativity, collaboration, and learning by doing. Walking into the studio during Welcome Week will mean stepping into a space where ideas turn into shows and students run the whole process from start to finish.
