President Jason Wingard announced on Thursday, October 7th that Arthur Johnson has been named Vice President and Director of Athletics at Temple University. Johnson brings extensive experience to this role from his time working at several other universities, including the last seven years he served on the athletics senior leadership team at the University of Texas. His time on their team largely contributed to Texas’s capture of its first-ever IMG Learfield Division I College Director’s Cup in 2020-21.
